When Will My Planner Ship?

Fulfillment


We generally fulfill orders within 1 business day and sometimes as quickly as hours after placing your order! However, we cannot guarantee this speedy fulfillment all the time, especially during launches when we have a larger influx of orders.

That being said...our standard fulfillment time on orders is within 3 business days (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Once the order has been fulfilled it will be marked as 'shipped'.


Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our fulfillment location, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We understand international shipping can be expensive, we are providing the best rates possible.


Delivery Carrier & International Orders


We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS for deliveries inside the United States and abroad. All of our shipments leave the United States and will likely spend time in the customs for out of country orders where the shipment arrives. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to three days in customs.



IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

Can I Make Changes to My Order After It's Been Placed?

We do our best to ship out orders in a timely manner (see When Will My Planner Ship?).  As much as we wish we could adjust the details of your order, that will not be possible if the order has already been marked as 'shipped'.

If your order hasn't been marked as 'shipped' please email us at hello@amplifyplanner.com and include your order number. We'll do our best to process your request but cannot make any guarantees.


What Is Your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our physical products, once shipped, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. 


Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns on digital products.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you would like to cancel an order it must be made before the order has been marked as 'shipped'.

If your order has not been marked as 'shipped', please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to: hello@amplifyplanner.com
2. Include your order number
3. Include your reason for the cancellation

Due to the nature of our items, once shipped we cannot accept returns or cancellations. See our full cancellation policy (above). 

My Planner Was Damaged During Shipping, What Do I Do?

Send an email to: hello@amplifyplanner.com and include:

1. Order Number

2. Photos of the damaged product

3. Explanation of what happened

Will My Planner Cover Color Look Different Than it Does On My Computer?

We do our best to represent the true planner color cover in each of our product photos.

However, the colors on any screen such as a laptop or phone can be altered depending on the screen and color settings of the device. So there is always a slight chance the cover color may not appear true to color on your device.

What Are the Specifications for the Planner?

Each of our product specifications is listed on the individual product listing on our website.

Does It Come In Different Languages?

At this time, Amplify Planner only comes in American English.

What Should I Use the Freedom Boxes For?

Anything you want!

Other users have used them for: meal planning, social media, workout tracker, sleep tracker, gratitude, word of the day, important deadlines and more!

Can I Customize or Personalize the Planner?

We don't offer any customization when placing your order, however, feel free to use stickers, washi tape, and markers to make it your own!

Will You Offer Different Cover Colors Each Year/Quarter?

Yes! We will offer new cover colors each quarter. Also keep in mind, colors from a previous quarter may not be offered again. Choose wisely ;)

Can You Choose a Monday or Sunday Start Day?

The Amplify Planner is a Sunday Monthly start, and a Monday Weekly start.

At this time we do not offer the option to choose your start day. If you'd prefer a different start day, we recommend purchasing an Undated Planner so you can decide which day of the week your planner starts.

How Often Are New Planners Released?

New planners are released each year and quarter.


For Quarterly Planners we do our best to release the next month's quarter at least 3-4 months before the quarter begins.

For Yearly Planners we do our best to release the next year's planner at least 4-6 months before the year begins.

What Are Quarterly Bundles?

Bundles include all four quarters in a single shipment (Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 for that calendar year). Each planner has a Sunday start monthly layout and a Monday start weekly layout. We do not offer bundles for Undated planners.

New for 2024! You have the option to mix and match cover colors for all four quarters!

Is a PDF Download Available to Test Out?

A full PDF of the planner is not available for download.

We do offer the daily, weekly, and monthly layouts in a PDF download for you to test. Please visit out free downloads page.

What Are the Rules for PDF Printable Files of the Planner?

You can use your PDF planner using any digital software you'd like. You can also customize the cover to your own preference. As long as you uphold the United States and international copyright laws.

This means that the PDF Planner CANNOT be:
- Shared with anyone (electronically or physically)
- Emailed to anyone
- Reprinted
- Copied
- Sold for a profit (digital or physical format)
- Manipulated or changed
- Altered or reproduced in any form without prior consent from Amplify Planner, LLC

PDFs of the planner are under strict copyright rules and it is meant for your personal use only. This means you can't share it with your friends, under any circumstances. You may not print a PDF of the planner or email it to anyone without the permission of Amplify Planner, LLC. If your friend or someone you know would like to use a PDF of the Amplify Planner, they must make a purchase that comes with a subsequent PDF or download samples directly from the free downloads page.

Do You Offer Free Inserts for the Planner?

Yes! We have a ton of free functional inserts for your planner. Check out our Free Downloads page.

What Pens Work Best?

The majority of your favorite pens will work great in the Amplify Planner! However, we suggest staying away from any alcohol-based or permanent pens or markers as they will bleed through the paper. Although we do use high-quality paper, if you have brand new markers or highlighters that are extra juicy, use caution, they may bleed through.

What Is the Option to Pay In Installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% APR, or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees*.


*Rates from 0% APR 10-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers affirm.com/licenses.

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted If I Use the Option to Pay In Installments On Shop Pay?

For non-interest bearing orders, debit and credit cards are accepted through Shop Pay. For interest bearing orders, you can only pay using a debit card.

Can I Use Shop Pay Installments If I'm an International Customer?

Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers with a United States billing address and a United States mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses or phone numbers can't use Shop Pay Installments.

Is There a Limit to How Much I Can Spend On a Single Shop Pay Installments Order?

Yes, 17,500 USD is the order value limit that applies to purchases using Shop Pay Installments, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.

Can I Buy Gift Cards With Shop Pay Installments?

You can't purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments. If you want to purchase gift cards along with Shop Pay Installments eligible products, then you need to place two separate orders.

Are There Late Fees?

No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.

What If I Miss an Installment Payment?

There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed installment payment, then you can contact Affirm support for assistance.

What If I Want to Make a Return On a Purchase Made Through Installments With Shop Pay?

Please see our Shipping & Returns FAQ section regarding product Returns.

If a return is possible, then we will advise you how much the refunded amount will be. After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days and your balance will be updated.

If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.

If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

If your order is made with interest payments, then the paid interest isn't refunded. When you make payments, the funds are first applied to the accrued unpaid interest and then to the principal. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.
