Shipping policy

 

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:
For domestic orders, shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days, unless otherwise stated during checkout. Please keep this in mind before placing an order. If you are not sure when your order is scheduled to ship by, you can always find that information under your order details. All orders will ship before or on the estimated ship date.

Please double check your address before placing an order. Orders will be shipped to the address provided on file. If you do not provide the correct address it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for a new order and shipping.


MERCHANDISE SHIPPING POLICY:
Merchandise orders will ship separately from planner orders. Merchandise is fulfilled by a third-party provider. All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item is defective. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Processing times for merchandise items is 3-7 days. Once an item is produced it will ship separately from your planner order.

If you placed an order for multiple merchandise items you may receive the items in separate shipments, they will not all be shipped together.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
For domestic orders, shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. In unusual circumstances, it may take up to 14 business days. Once an order is marked as 'shipped' it is then in the hands of the USPS, and out of our control. If you are not sure what's going on with your order please call your local post office and provide them with your tracking number so they can further assist you.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
For international orders, shipping can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing and cannot provide assistance with customs time frames. Please take this into consideration when placing an order.

Customer is responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, duties or taxes that may be assessed upon entry to the respective countries.

Once an order is marked as 'shipped' it is then in the hands of the USPS, and out of our control. If you are not sure what's going on with your order please call your local post office and provide them with your tracking number so they can further assist you.
