RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS:

We want you to love your Amplify Planner, but we also want to be upfront and clear about our policies.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please email [email protected] with your order number to request a cancellation.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns

Due to the dated nature of our products, all sales are final and planners are non-refundable once shipped.

We strongly encourage reviewing product descriptions carefully, as each planner’s size, layout, and details are fully listed on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we cannot accept returns, we fully stand behind the quality of our products.

If your planner arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at [email protected]

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the damage or defect when you reach out.

 

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Items on sale
  • Items that have been written in
  • Digital downloads

 


Conditions of Returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
